I have used Gerald for 3 of my selling of my house or buying a new home.

I met Gerald in Uxbridge when we going to sell our home. We hit it off right away. He would say something and I would pick up that thought. It was wonderful. That was in 2010.

In 2012 I was looking for a home in Ballantrae. I called Gerald to help me find a new home. Again Gerald was the perfect realtor! He helped me get the ideal house.

This spring I called Gerald to sell my home in Ballantrae. I had a stroke in 2017. This winter it appeared that I needed a retirement home. He came, and showed me what he could do. Gerald oversaw many things which I would have done if I didn't have a stroke.

I can't imagine how overwhelming this sale of my house would have been if it went for Gerald. He is a impeccable realtor. More than than, Gerald is wonderful friend who has your back.
